Three pieces of login information
Work to return to the previously created account before login. Keep three types of information separate: Profile or Phone account identity, Password as a secret credential, and if there is a Code, it is a one-time confirmation or code-based access step. The value of one field is not an alternative to another.
The identity format used during Registration is required for login. This site does not provide any external login form, does not reset passwords, and does not accept credentials. Here, only the function of visible fields and failure check order is explained.
Match Phone/Profile format
If it is a phone number, check if the country code, leading zero, space or separator has changed. If it is a Profile, check if the letter, number, and spelling match the registration. Read the visible value before submit to see if the browser autofill has filled in another saved account.
Even if two entries for the same account are seen for phone and profile, determine which current login path is desired from the label. Changing fields based on assumptions makes it difficult to understand the error source. If you do not remember the identity, read the instructions for the visible recovery option; do not send account data to [email protected].
Check Password and keyboard
Password may be case-sensitive. Check Caps Lock, mobile auto-capitalization, keyboard language, and extra spaces at the beginning/end. If the password manager fills in an old value, check if it matches the saved entry with the current account identity. Before trying repeatedly based on assumptions, clear the entire field once and write the correct value.
Use the “show password” control carefully on public or shared devices and consider device ownership before accepting the save prompt. Do not keep passwords in screenshots or messages. This information site is not a support agent and will not ask for credentials.
কোড-ভিত্তিক লগইন
If code-based login is visible, first ensure that Profile/Phone is correct. If multiple Code requests are made, match the latest message with the visible expiry note. An invalid message may occur due to an old Code, wrong field, or delay. A Code may not work again after being used once.
If the Code does not arrive, check connection, message access, and identity value. Wait for the current response without making consecutive requests. Do not give OTP/Code to anyone and do not submit it in the editorial form.
Order of checks if login fails
- Confirm whether the current form is Login or Register by looking at the page title.
- Check if the format of Profile/Phone registration is present.
- Check case, keyboard language, and extra spaces in Password.
- If a Code is requested, provide the latest unexpired Code in the correct field.
- Read the response from a stable connection and a single tab.
- If a visible recovery path is present, just follow its current instructions.
Note the wording of the error message, but if sharing a screenshot, cover personal data. Check if the Profile/account state has changed to understand whether the login is successful or not.
When to check the FAQ
If you cannot understand the error even after checking Profile/Phone, Password, and Code FAQ page's Login/OTP section See. If there is a question about a Pending or Completed account record, use the status section of the same FAQ. If there is a device keyboard, overlay, or connection problem Mobile instructions More relevant.
If a new account is not created, it is not login troubleshooting; Registration page Open. If the question is placed on the correct page, the same OTP or network advice does not need to be read repeatedly.
Questions about login
Should I write Profile and Phone in the same way?
Follow the Current room label and maintain the registration format; Profile spelling and phone number structure are different.
Why is there an error even if the Password is correct?
Incorrect identity, Caps Lock, keyboard language, extra space, or old autofill value can create the same error.
Can an old Code be used?
Generally, the latest unexpired Code may be needed. Match the visible expiry and current message.
Whom should I send the password to if login fails?
To no one. Follow the visible recovery instruction; do not send password/OTP to this site or editor email.
